We manage our entire production process in-house at our workshop in Paris, from textile preparation to the manufacturing and palletization of finished products for our client's projects.

Our final products are composed of 81% textile fibres and 19% bio-based binder
(with no petrochemical-based ingredients).
SORTING
Textile sorting is an essential step in our process, as the final colours come directly from the textiles.
No dyes or colourants are added.
SHREDDING
The textiles are then transformed into fibres, separated by colour.
The required quantity for each order is prepared in advance to ensure optimal material consistency.
BINDER
The textile fibres are then blended with our patented binder, a 100% eco-friendly formulation.
Made exclusively from
bio-based ingredients and minerals.
COMPRESSION
This material is then handcrafted and
cold-compressed in our custom-developed moulds.
This gives us great freedom in creating a wide range of shapes and geometries.
DRYING
Finally, our bricks and design pieces then dry without any added heat or thermal treatment.
Confirming our very low energy consumption and the overall low carbon impact of our process.
